Hi all, please help me to idetify whats wrong with my plant. This is a wedding cake auto in coco, soil and perlite mix. Shes 22 days old and under 18 hours of light. My ph is bit off which is 5. Im trying to recorect it to 6.5

As what deficiency looks this?First week into flower noticed some brown spots on 5 leafes of the whole plant. Theyr not in the middle of the leave but outside.
