Discoloration in leaves

Hi all, please help me to idetify whats wrong with my plant. This is a wedding cake auto in coco, soil and perlite mix. Shes 22 days old and under 18 hours of light. My ph is bit off which is 5. Im trying to recorect it to 6.5

Burned upper leaf edgesHi!
Dark spots appeared on some upper leaves overnight.
I don't think this is the cause, but I did a pretty heavy defoliation the day before.
the spots only affects leaf margins and makes the tips curl up. The spots are brown, burned and slightly purplish.
