Flowering terminologyRegarding the term “Day x of flowering”, what determines x? Is it the day you see the very first pistils at nodes? Or the day the first top shows pistils? Curious as to the distinction between preflowering vs true flowering in earnest. Thanks for clarifying.Buds. Other

speed up Flowering?I am leaving on a trip next week so I need to speed up the plants to finish.
So from last week, I put my plants on a 10/14 hour schedule to speed up the flowering.
I have until next Wednesday then i would need to harvest them .

Calyx and trichome developmentSo just a general question I guess. Anybody ever had just the lower calyxes on your flowers swell and form more trichome where as the top half of the bud that receives the most light doesn't? I think it has a lot to due with sub tropical heat and humidity

Found a seed from a batch of autoflower I grew from about 8 months ago, wondering if it germinated will I have to watch out for sex or will it be auto?I found a seed and am jus wondering if it will be good to grow or do they usually not? cause she's a windowsill so i dont change light, and the lights in my house and street lights where supposed to keep her vegging right?
