Yes, unfortunately I can say 100% those little balls forming are pollen sacs. Time to chop him down unless you have a breeding plan.

Light issue. Day 24 of flower, lights went out. Will I face issues? Lights were out for 60 minutes during the 12 hour light period.I am guessing its not an issue since cannabis photoperiod is a long night, so a little more "night" won't hurt, but would it confuse the plants or something? I believe they're a sativa-dominant Sour strain (either Ultra Sour or S.A.G.E and Sour bag-seed).
Currently over 1 meter tall from soil at 60 days old in 7 Gallon pot.
