Pollination question! Help please!

I have two tents side by side. Both have inline fans installed with filters. 6 female plants, 1 male, how likely is it for pollen to wind up in with my girls if I keep the male in a separate grow tent? I want to selectively pollinate branches so I still have good bud too.

Thats a tricky question. So you dont want to pollinate your Gils right=?The " dust" from the male flower is very light and small. Using fans and outtake fans... I dont know.. i think i would setup the tent in another room. And if you handle your plants, start with the females, then go to the male. And after visiting the male, change clothes wash hands.....Yes you have high risk to pollinate all your girls if they are so nearby.......

I’m okay with some natural pollination as long as the plants aren’t ridiculously seedy. Moving the tent or the plant away from the room isn’t an option unfortunately. This is an end grow, my last for the next year at least.. likely for the next few years. I want seeds for the future to preserve some genetics. I only grow for myself and family, so even super seedy bud isn’t the end of the world. I have been taking branches off the male already and hoping to minimize pollen as much as I can. It’s lollipopped and trained as if it were a female and has five main stems at the moment. I plan on trimming one branch every few days until there’s only 1-2 branches left. Hopefully I’m able to do this before any pollen sacs open. A little about the ventilation; both tents form a vacuum inside them due to the inline fans in them. The air pulled out of the tents is pushed into a separate room from the grow room. The vents that are open on the tents are covered with a mesh screen(pollen can most certainly get in through the mesh) and are approximately 8 ft away from each other. The vents are located at the bottom of the tent and are about 5”x 8” or so in size. I don’t know exact measurements. I plan on chopping the male as soon as possible. I don’t mind seedy bud that much if it can’t be helped, I just want both hud and seeds. Here’s to hoping for good results. 🤷‍♀️🏼 Thanks for your thoughts!

Pollen dust is very light and is easily blown around. It will end up everywhere in that tent. Something as simple as opening the zipper could send some airborne. There is an extremely good chance of pollen making its way into the other tent. Pretty risky in my opinion. I try to get any pollen producing plant outdoors way before it starts dropping pollen if I have any flowering females around.

Male is currently in the smaller tent next to a female plant that is in mid-late flowering as I have no more room in the larger tent. Vent on each tent is open on the opposite side, vents that are near each other(tents are side by side) are closed off.
