Help with orbanic fertilizer deficiency

Im using bio tabs nl and have pretty significant deficiencies by now, I did the second stage of fertilization (you do at the start of the grow and at week 8), it was at quite low ph i think 5.something, was that the issue, that the plant didnt uptake ang fertilizer?

This dummy (me) skipped the 5pH part.. sounds like pH is too acidic.

What kind of deficiency? What should I do? By the way, they're autos.What kind of deficiency do I have going on here? I gave a good dose of calmag last night. The first signs were the dark spots on the leaves. Been feeding ff bloom nutes every other day, 1/4 to 1/2 strength. started from the bottom. Leaves turn yellow and then dry up.

Day 4, after emerging. Is this coloration on the cotyledons okay?Humidity is 55 - 70, temp is around 20-24c, 50w full spec led It's my first time, and i think i have been watering it too much I also fed it 2-0-0 npk water with 4ml per liter and I since learned it's not okay. Calcium / PH issues? Did I take the correct steps?Am I on the right track to remedy my plant's issues? Seems like calcium deficiency to me. Soil test comes in at just under 6.5, my reservoir water going in is 7.3ph, in case its actually a lack of calcium and not the PH i've top dressed gypsum (and epsom salts).
