Bro, although a little small I think they are ok. I noticed what looks like nute burn on the leave tips. Go easy on the nutes. Like ppm of 800 or EC of 1.2 1.3 at this stage, and slowly bring up the strength. If it was me, I would flush soon and start introducing flowering nutes after a few days. Remember, once they begin flowering they will deffinately stretch and practically double in size. My grows typically go like that. Slow growth to week 4-6 then boom! Pm me if you need more advice!
