Tiny white hairs growing while just 9cm high?

Hey as I learnt, because of its age it’s entering flower. It’ll go one of two ways it’ll be a dwarf or it’ll stretch. If you wanna see a dwarf check out my purple lemonade🤣 someone recommended me to raise my light to try and encourage upwards growth but I can’t speak for the results, maybe someone else could tell you more, hope this helps.
