Looking good man! the plants can double or triple in size from start of stretch to end of flower. But in a scrog or an LST grow expect maximum of double maybe a little less.
You can flip them now and add in another net above your current if things get out of hand. DONT remove any branches or leaves until after the 3rd week of flower once you flip to 12/12 this can really slow the process and give you an uneven canopy which will render it useless!

You can do it a couple ways the first 2-3 weeks after the flip its ok to lst and tie down to ned if you want i would say 60-70% full flip then the other 20-30% will fill in as they start to switch this way your canopy stays the same height unless running multiple strains then it gets a lil crazy but definitely can accomplish same same results

Once you flower, expect a double in size, sometimes more and sometimes less. The screen looks great, and you can always add additional netting on top of the first. I've seen grows where they just continued to add net after net for added support.

Keep folding up to day 10 of flower , the more surface covered the bigger the crop ,the buds will probably grow up to 2 feet high depending on strain , make sure you have good ventilation 👍

You did just like you was suppose to to set up your sog i would turn your blue down till you start to flush and i would add another net on top of this one to really spread her out for the final stretch 👍👍🍻🍻

Your scrog looks good bro ! Yes u can start your 12/12 shedule, you can expect a x2 stretch, just let them grow, maybe pinch the ones who are too fast, and you will have a very nice canopy full of frosty buds ! Hope i helped you..
