How far to go with defoliation in flower ?. White widow Auto

Thanks for the reply’s . It’s been a couple of weeks since I lst and removed the all the lower growth . I decided she needed a little defoliation earlier as ash was over crowded and was light blocking , I didn’t want to go too mad but just open her up a little to allow the light evenly to the tops . After looking at other grows where they seem to strip them to the buds I wondered if I needed to do this . Thanks for the reply’s . All helps massively

I'd leave it as it... Looks good.. Plus you could cause some stressif u remove too much... Nice lst job also! 🤟
