Leggy stems is an indication that they’re searching for light. It’s almost as if you have them in a window and they don’t get much after the sun is gone.
Could also be that your starting soil may be a bit hot with nutrients. But it’s hard to say without any background information on what you’re set up is. I suggest starting a diary and plug in some info for us to be able to start giving you solid advice.
At this stage these plants need 18 hours of proper lightingof 200-250 PPFD/PAR, 20-28 degrees Celsius and relative humidity at 60-65 percent. That’s the best advice I have with the limited info.
