So are you growing without a lamp, just with the sun? If you don't have a grow box and are growing under the sun, then an automatic would have been better. The plant is so small, as if it didn't get enough nutrients or light. How old are the plants? I would wait to flower, because if it stays like this, you'll harvest a maximum of 10 grams. 45watt grow light that you called UV? Plants grow based on available spectrum, want a proper plant grow with proper lights. Need at least 100w full spectrum per plant of you want it to look "bushy".

Under a bathroom sink is probably not the best place to grow. How can you control the humidity in that environment? I put that baby outside and just let her run. If you have some photoperiod seeds. start them now. If they are autos and they are already flowering. you unfortunately are not going to yield very much. Atoflowers should be planted in a 3 or 5-gallon pot for a beginner and not transplanted. Photoperiod varieties are much more forgiving for new growers. Yo can choose when they are ready to go into flower. The answer to your question is, time. The roots have already been stunted, once auto hit the edge of the pot they tent to go into flower because they know that it is time to reproduce because of limited resources.

Best thing you can do is buy led bulbs and plant a new auto flower seed exposing it to 24h light a day. This plant will not produce more than one gram of dry bud even when switching to an appropriate light source.
