On both plants of the same strain there are these darker stripes. Any recommendation what is the cause and how to optimize it?

Yeah looks like a bit of variegation going on. Is it possible that you watered her and left a little droplets of water on her? But I wouldn’t overly stress about it. Plants do some funny things in their early life. She should grow out of it over time. I say just keep plugging along and maintain proper environment, lighting and a good watering schedule. No sense in chasing problems yet. Anyway those first few sets of leaves will become irrelevant in a few weeks time. No stress no seeds no sticks growmie.
