They kind of look like foxtail but not the "bad kind" Sometimes plants that otherwise wouldn't show foxtail expressions like more indica dominant verities, which could be a sign of heat stress or too high humidity or other stressors. But in this case, if its a sativia that's just the structure of the plant. Sativias have adapted to not grow as densely as indicas that grow in dryer mountains because they have gone through an evolution in high humidity(tropical environment) so the plant naturally produces more airy buds.

Does it really matter?? Looks a bit like she is expressing her Sativa genes more than her Indica side. Just keep her happy and healthy and everything will be ok.
