Can someone explain what is happening to the left autoflower, both were planted at the same time in the same soil from the same bag. They receive the same amount of light as well as water and nutrients. Does anyone know what its called when the leaves curve to the side like this?

Definitely check the ph of the soil. Two things about coco, you need to mix pelite at minimum and it needs to be buffered. Ph issues pop up with coco.

Some plants start off with wonky mutations like that, but normally sort themselves out within the 1st few weeks and wouldn't worry about that. It looks like they're both overwatered, so go easy on the feeds/watering and let them dry out a bit. The new leaves coming out should quickly get bigger than the previous set if they don't like you have here, it's normally because they're struggling for air.

Mote information is really needed to give better diagnosis on sizing. If this is coco coir then I see 2 issues 1 no perlite to help with drainage. 2 it would be a ph issue. Coco is ph sensitive. Run off should be tested as well. 5.8 is target for coco. 6.1 to 6.2 for flowering. Cal mag is also generally needed. Coco is suppose to always be wet but not left in run off. If this is a soil grow its likely too wet. Leaves droop and curl for different reasons. Is why details are important for helping.
