From the close-up, your buds are looking frosty and pretty mature! If you're seeing more amber trichomes, it means the THC is starting to degrade into CBN, which can give a more relaxing, couch-lock effect. So, depending on the kind of high you're after, you might want to harvest now at peak thc or wait a little longer.
Keep in mind the exact timing can be a personal preference thing, so it’s up to you!

When to start final trimI am on my 15th day of drying and the branches seem to be making dry cracking noises when I bend them. So I started doing the final trim (sugar leaves) and have noticed that the buds are still slightly soft. Is this okay or should I wait for the buds to be bone dry and hard?Week 13

Close to Flush/Harvest? No good tric pics even using Mag Scope! Still White Pistils on the oldest plantWondering how close I am to Harvest here? These were all 50-60 day strains. Back Left CK leaves are lightening up like mad...the others are following (Currently on Dragon Force and boost) but the purple (Front left of canopy) still light pistils! I harvested whitewidow 3 days ago. It had a very strong wet grass smell before i chop and after 3 days of drying i can still smell it in the dry box. It strange because the other two doesnt have this kind of smell. They all grow in the same conditions.. Is this genetics playing?Week 10
