Looks more nutrients involved. Looks like it is phosphorus and potassium deficiency. Or you have a ph issue that is getting out of range. They have a healthy diet in flowering for those nutes. Flowering npk ratio 1-2-3.

Certainly not a lighting issue, but a nutrition problem. The one with the yellowing leaves may need more potassium, some calcium and a bit less watering.

Yeah....that's not light burn. It would be showing up more on your top growth, not further down. The TWS2000 is only a 300w light and it's dimmable. It looks like only one plant is having issues. I suspect your dealing with some salt buildup in your media.

That’s an imbalance, deficiency or wrong water schedule. But it’s hard too help without informations. The problems all looks the same since it’s the same source causing it
