Feed them!
They need, at the least, nitrogen and magnesium. It looks like they could use a little more water, as well.
Dr. Earth's organic 4-6-3 compost tea works wonders. But, anything that has a nice NPK(nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) will work. 4-4-4, for example, would be fine. Or, take some 1-2-1 and add calmag+ (2-0-0) and some langbeinite (0-0-17, but only use 1/5 of what it says). Your plant would love that.
