I see your feeds now of 0.5ML per Liter.. (of each of the trio)
it’s good to start low but they are screaming for food now.. I’d bump that up to probably 2mL/L at least for the next feeding.

Nutrients.. they need nutrients… not just water. These are starving across the board. Not just N.. everything - full spectrum feed ASAP

They need, at the least, nitrogen and magnesium. It looks like they could use a little more water, as well.
Dr. Earth's organic 4-6-3 compost tea works wonders. But, anything that has a nice NPK(nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) will work. 4-4-4, for example, would be fine. Or, take some 1-2-1 and add calmag+ (2-0-0) and some langbeinite (0-0-17, but only use 1/5 of what it says). Your plant would love that.

Advise to flush or feed in VegDoes this is look like a nute burn, deficiency, or ph problem? The two plants that are growing a tad taller have had yellowing tips some curling downward.
