anybody had this before? should i trim them off and go for 2 only, so they get healthy , or what are you suggesting ?

I would not trim anything off yet, i would wait for 3-5 more days, flip to flower and then defoliate between the second and third flower week, after the stretch.

I think I fuckd upp one of my babyI think I fuckd upp 1 off my seedling?
