Nanners are usually later in flower where just the anther pops out and it looks like a banana.
What you have is a fully developed male flower.
The only thing you can do is pluck them.
If you get them before the flower opens, you should be safe from pollen.
You still have a long way to go, so you're going to have to keep a very close eye on it.
Some plants will throw out 1 or 2 male flowers and then no more, so maybe you get lucky.
If you get any seeds from this, don't grow them.
