Doesn't look like it. Is that a white hair-like projection (stigma)? It's female.
male bits extend out from stem and look like a grap on the end of lttle twig. they'll expand in a cluster too, unlike those female preflowers.

The black light photo looks more like a calx to me, it has that pointy tear drop shape... are the photos from different bud sites?

Man it's so hard to tell. Can u get a pic under normal light? My old eyes. I'd just say keep an eye on it. If you see the telltale sacs start to form and if they are only in that spot and your diligent. You can keep snipping them off but be careful not to crush! Hope this helps!
