Today my plants germinated and poked through the soil, but the remaining seed is still on the plant, should I help with that?

Hello, you can add a few drops of water to moisten the seed, but it seems like it will fall naturally as time passes. It doesn't seem to be fixed or hindering the development of your plant, there's nothing to worry about. I went through a similar problem recently, you can see the third photo in my highcloudz diary, the helmet (seed) was not coming off, even when it got wet. With one finger I touched it to support the plant and the other hand I used a thick needle to push it slowly and delicately. But that's not your case.

Put a few drops of water on the seed casing to soften it and the plant will do the rest. Does happen from time to time.
