Starting seedlings, which is the best route? Please help!

Should I start my seedling right into the medium (Roots organic original potting soil which I have heard can be a little hot for seedlings) or should I start with Rock-wool first and then transfer the auto into the medium. Thank you!

The rock-wool is best as its not really a transplant as much as a potting, nothing in the roots is disturbed. Easy stuff to work with, do soak in PHed water first as rock-wool can have a screwy PH right off the bat.

Quickly yellowing after possible over watering That escalated quickly, within 24 hours we have lots of yellowing in lower center leaves on 1 Tastebudz and 1 Ethos: Adding cal mag to next watering. Would cal mag be better or Epsom salt at this point? Would a bloom tea help?

What is that?Yesterday evening feed 0.5 litre EC 1400 pH 5.9. Runoff was EC 900 pH5.6 Increased light intensity to PPFD 600. This morning larger upper leaves are in "praying" position, one leaf closer to bottom looks sick. If it's a light burn, why not on upper leaves?
