Starting seedlings, which is the best route? Please help!

Should I start my seedling right into the medium (Roots organic original potting soil which I have heard can be a little hot for seedlings) or should I start with Rock-wool first and then transfer the auto into the medium. Thank you!

The rock-wool is best as its not really a transplant as much as a potting, nothing in the roots is disturbed.
Easy stuff to work with, do soak in PHed water first as rock-wool can have a screwy PH right off the bat.

Issues with purple stem and yellow leaves in Autos starting at the bottom of the plant and moving it's way up the plant ?I grew a Lowryder and this really hurt my yield whatever it was i was supposed to get around 20g or so but I ended up getting 8g and its not the first time this has happened.

Can this stretched seedling be saved?So, my first seedling spent a few days w/weak light and got stretched. I then started “Shorty”; both outdoors the last three days. I buried “Stretch” 3/4” deeper.
Is “Stretch” (the first plant) totally fucked? Anything else to do?
