Starting seedlings, which is the best route? Please help!

Should I start my seedling right into the medium (Roots organic original potting soil which I have heard can be a little hot for seedlings) or should I start with Rock-wool first and then transfer the auto into the medium. Thank you!

The rock-wool is best as its not really a transplant as much as a potting, nothing in the roots is disturbed.
Easy stuff to work with, do soak in PHed water first as rock-wool can have a screwy PH right off the bat.

Jus one last check on my trichomes, making sure it's good to chop down? Hey guys. First grow. Yellow spots curling edges on my BF Wedding Cake Auto. What should i do?Hey guys. 7 days old, growing in biobizz lightmix+biotabs starter kit soil.
