Either looks like nutrient burn or light burn. What nutrients are you using?. How far away or your lights and what power do you hav it on?

Too much N - glossy and dark. That may be interfering with other things, as you have more than just this symptom. May want to correct that first before tackling other issues just in case it is the cause of other visible symtoms (lockout potentially)

Surplus or deficiency?Can't tell if there's a surplus of nutrients or a shortage of potassium? One plant looks like nitrogen burn and the other two look like theyre maybe a little k deficient. What is happening to her?I noticed a few stains starting to appear. The old tips are kind of burned and the new are a little yellow. I fed her with a compost tea but with nutrients on it, maybe was overfed?
Could be PH issues? It's possible, I couldn't take the ph on the last two times I watered her.Week 3
