Need some filters on your air intake maybe. My tent has some screen mesh to help combat dust and hair. it works, but when I open the door anything can fly in, and my screens arn't doing shit for micro dust that is 100% getting in the buds. Its part of growing. I will pick it off when I see it. Use tweezers if your worried. Should not remove to many trichomes. Other things to do is don't be running around with the tent open and no pets in the grow room. try have some good practices/policies or procedures about being clean and tidy in and around your tent.

I’ve seen where the circulating fans get so dirty they have micro hairs dangling off them. Not sure at all of this is the issue but I’d clean my fans, check my air flow intakes and make sure they have an intake screen small enough to capture these hairs and find where the hairs are coming from to stop the problem, and like you suggested, try to minimize any contact with your trichomes. This is assuming (we know what that means) you are growing indoors. Hope you get it solved. The buds look real nice.
