so far so good - trying my first indoor grow, I have setup the vents, temp and humidty control via apple home kit, so everything is adjusting as needed, and the light is on a 18/6 timer
felt like I was giving them to much nutrients, had a bit of claws happening, so just went back to water this week, I think it help. Getting some good solid growth and bent them a little more - 19 days old in these pics
Check out this handy VPD chat, it gives you ideal RH and temp ranges for maximum plant growth.
It is a very useful tool and works quite well

Granted if you don't want to get that technical about it. these the are the rates I follow.
Seedling/sprout 1-3 weeks 75-80% RH
young-old plant in veg 60-65% RH
start of flower 50-55%
mid-end flower 40-45%
If your having issues keeping humidity up try an ultrasonic diffuser or if its keeping it down a small dehumidifier inside the tent, or outside it, removing ambient airs humidity before it goes inside the tent.

so this last week , they have really gone from vegging to flowering - pretty happy with them so far. 27 days old in these pics. I think i will stop LST now, and just let them grow

nows a good time to trim off any lower leaves and tiny buds that may sap energy from ya bigger budsites
Been a good week! Plants have almost doubled in size, feel like I am getting good growth and flowers are developing nicely. I started the carbon filter today, as they are starting to give of a weak earthly smell and it will only get more from here in. Also the nice purple color has just started to show on the main cola. all in all, a pretty good week!
Help - so I had a malfunction with my automatic system, and it happened will I was away for a day and a half - so to cut a long story short, my plants ended at fucking 49 degrees and 13% humidity for about 4 hours. PLants seem ok, watered them - any other tips?
It’s not a huge deal for that short amount of time but not good obviously.. if they bounce back I wouldn’t worry too much.
Just do your best to keep things consistent going forward
feel like everything is going ok, seeing as this is my first in-door grow - struggling a little with the humidity, cant really seem to get in under 50% without messing up with the temp. Its super raining and wet outside at the moment, so I guess the fresh air coming in has a lot more water in it. Hopefully this will get down once the wether gets better. I have a portable aircondtioner that had a dry mode, but when I run that, the temp goes all out of wack, so just venting for now.
Update - so i have been messing around with the tent and room, figured out I was not getting proper airflow with the outlet fan, so increased the size fan, that helped, and I also put the dehumidifier in the same room as the tent and have aimed the hot outlet of this in the genral direction of the intake on the grow tent - last 1 hour have been nice and steady at 46% rh and 27 degrees C with lights on - so pretty happy with that
You want to be using a TDS pen to measure the EC/PPM of the solution your feeding them.
manufacture suggested feedings are all over the place, some are way to strong. fox farms are quite high.
I use this link a lot for auto feeding guidelines, its not 100% so if you plant needs less/more give it that. you TDS pen will be the tool needed to tell if its less or more.

One side note with BioBizz, you want to let the mix sit out for 24hrs as the PH drifts down over that time. then PH your mixture an feed.

Lessened the nutes a bit, and i think i have a slight Calcium deficiency, as I few of the older fan leaves have a few yellow speckles. Will address that this week. Other then that still happy with my first indoor grow, and the buds are starting to fatten up and smell great!
Should I lower day time temp for the final 4 weeks for flowering? right now I keep it right on between 24 and 25c for daytime and then lights of is 21-22c

The temperature is fine ... If anything I would start dropping the humidity at this time to around 45% relative humidity. Hopefully this was helpful and I wish you nothing but success on your future endeavors.

Just wonder if I am close to harvest, all the pistels or orange now, but I don't see any orange trichomes - I still think they are a bit glassy, but some are getting milkly - Do you think I should wait a few more weeks?

Purple Bud Auto are sold to be ready in 10~14 weeks and most diaries here are done in 14 weeks.
Also, the trichomes on your photos are still very clear and you definitively need to wait another month before harvesting. 😉
so had a little drama last week, found some spider mites in the flowers - but got it all under control with no damage. I took the humidity down to 35% now and decreased the temp during lights on to 24c. Also increased the base biobizz cause they seemed to give them a little lift. All in all, pretty happy with the grow and flower development!
Just went through your pics. She started flowering very early. She's on the final push now buddy. 10-15 days and any clear trichomes will turn by then or in the dark period.
so think i am on the home plate soon, getting some amber, also have stop with nutrients, just been using plain, pure water. Also put the temp down a bit and changed to a 12/12 light to try and get them to ripen up a bit faster
