I don't think there is a huge difference. One is clearly a more dominant branch than the other, but the colas in the background look fairly sparse in both pictures. genetics or too weak of light to start.

Light spread/ intensity influence. Plus your feeding is wrong, plant dont look healthy.

same plant... same plant as in different branch from the same root stock legit 1 plant? Then its up to the environment. Maybe better lighting or airflow? You can sometimes get weird growth on one stem alone on a plant, something like fascination in cannabis. but I don't think this is that. Same plant as in the same seeds. seeds are like sisters not twins so they all grow differently. Phenotype. Same plant as in a clone in a different pot, similar to above. something is different in the environment or the medium giving it an alternate aperence.
