Asking questions is okay. being worried to much is going to impact your grow negatively. I understand how you feel.but everything gonna be awesome and you are gonna have some dank buds to smoke in a few weeks. Start thinking about you drying, if you can nail that down you will have some great smoke. Mot begginers are not going to be able to get a fully level canopy. Shit a lot of "good" growershave trouble doing it. So dontfeel like yours has to be perfect. even when i though i had one even there's always that on coloa or two that t ikes to shoot up,and a few bunches of closer buds is no big deal. may even give you more yield. if worries about mold just try to keep the humidity down and check in between to make sure no moisture build-up
