Nothing to worry about, it is not a disease, deficiency or other health issue, just a build up of natural anthocyanins due to lower phosphorous levels and usually more frequent when night temperatures are 10-15 degrees Celsius lower during the night as compared to daytime temperatures.
Some cannabis strains have a genetic dominance to become purple/red regardless of temperatures, most notably Pakistani Indicas and some plants will even turn almost black, as can be seen in my diary "cannabis conundrums", pictures in week 7.
It does not effect THC or any other cannabinoid concentrations, it is purely an accumulation of natural pigments.
