For such small plant its 100ml every 3-5 days, misting would be nice daily. Better dim lights for an hour or so if you do it, for water droplets not to work as magnifying glass and not to burn your plant. I was using frost fleece to make diy humidity dome and not to have that issues. Under it you can spray as much as you want. Plastic ones makes plant to starve from oxygen or strugle from too high temps inside of it .

Tiny seedling, tiny roots. Top 1"2" will dry from evaporation fairly quickly, leave a couple Inches around the plant dry and sprinkle your water in a circle around the seedling. This will encourage the tiny roots to find the water. Make sure not to just dump alot of water as it can compact the soil too much possibly suffocating tiny roots if kept too wet too long.

I don't water for almost 2 weeks (if I dipped it in water at the beginning), the only thing I do is keep the top moist and if there is enough humidity it hardly gets dry.
