Temperature 26 to 28 degrees
RlF 65%
Repotted into 8.5 Autopot system pots 2 days ago.
Now I've discovered the following leaf discoloration.
Does anyone know what it could be?

As others have already said, I also think you have a calcium and magnesium deficiency (brown spots = Ca, yellow between the veins = Mg).

Hey Growmie, definitely a Calmag deficiency. The leaves are getting that camouflage look, the others are already more advanced and are starting to get brown spots, leaves are turning slightly yellow.

interveinal chlorosis with spots -- increase Mg.
looks like a soilless/hydro type setup, so 75ppm Mg is a good target to hit. Compare that to what you have provided the last 30-40 days and it will help verify the answer if you gave significantly less than that. Mg symptoms take 30+ days to be visible on the plant from the start of the problem. you really do need to look back as far as 30+ days to be certain of it.
other variables are relevant. This assume ratio of nutes are not whacky, otherwise, and not constantly changed playing mad scientist :P

Yellow leaves at the end of flowering, should I worry?I can use some help on this one. I am pretty new. The variety is called Hawaiian Staycation. It has done well and we are in the last week or so of flowering. It got a bit dry in the tent and the leaves really yellowed. I plan on harvesting next week, should I be concerned?

Root rot?So after being diagnosed with overwatering a few days ago it has spread to more leaves. I think I have developed root rot. Please confirm?
Also best ideas to fix? Have sprayed with rhizo and added some great white to soil.

Yellow leaves with brown patches between veins.Any ideas on what this could be? I checked the PH and it is right around 6.5. I did feed them twice last week as I was out of town over the weekend. When I got back the temp in the tent was °91. It's bad on one plant and starting on another. The rest look healthy.
