Sligthtly Yellow Leaves

renbudsstarted grow question 2 hours ago
I'm growing 2 Mephisto Canna Cheese seeds. Canna #1 is looking very healthy and green. Canna #2 is healthy (ish) but its branches are more spread out and the leaves are a bit yellow green. I'm trying to figure out if I have a problem with Canna #2 before it gets worse.

High renbuds, This deficiency is a magnesium deficiency and this is common with growing in coco coir. You can double the amount of the Cal-Mag supplement to 2 ml/L Happy Growing Buddy! 💚

You have mag issues pal Check your calmag and see can it be used as a foliar spray. Soak your leaves till dripping wet. (150 or so ppm added to tap, ph doesn't really matter) but anything you feed below make sure if it's in the range for coco If you need any more insight into it. Feel free to DM me. Good luck.

THIS IS NOT CALIUM IMO So, for a quick fix, I suggest you you make a foilar spray. Use pure Epsom salts. 150ppm or so mixed with tap.. Lower your sight % to 25% or so. And heavily spray ur plants. Make sure airflow around the plants is optimal (as it helps the leaves intake more) "stomata vents". Within 20-30m you should have mainly dry leaves. (All that mag is rapid intake), you don't need to ph. But anything u put into the coco. 5.5-5.8 min/max for optimal run. Good luck

Looks like magnesium problem to me, your giving a calmag supplement already so I'd guess the PH is slightly out in that pot as the other looks great. Check a coco ph chart and see if your in range, also getting a sample of runoff should help guide you to what the ph of the medium is. Good luck.

Think its lack of magnesium . Epsom salt or calmag to the rescue! ;) Better dont delay .

Hey, here we go again.... yellowing in between the leaves veins is a clear sign of magnesium deficiency, better start adding it now. The leaves spread out is probably a genetic thing and nothing to concern about. Good luck!
