I work with two 200w LED panels, and they have a power regulator. How do you think I should use them in all their growing phases? For example, at the beginning, should I place them at 40cm and at half power, then at 80cm and at maximum? I think I'm not getting adequate growth for some reason.

Your lights are not the issue here. It looks like you are growing in coco? If so then your plants don't get any nutrients from your grow medium. It could just be the lights but they look really pale and light green. This is a sign that they are wanting more grow nutrients. I am not familiar with your particular nutrient schedule, but first make sure your pH is close to 6. If it is then up the grow nutrients so they get more nitrogen. I am sure that you can pull a feed chart off the nutrient manufacturers website. Good luck with your grow!

Hi @Kreewl always put the maximum power, the more lumens your plant receives the more it will grow and strengthen. In the vegetative phase of growth they do not need the light so close, and the higher the light, the more your plants will stretch the search for the light source to place at 100cm is more than good. 400w.led.its more than good.I don't think that's why they are not growing. good luck mate 👍
