Im going to put money down on your color spectrum isnt right as well as wattage and room reflection %. Check out my 2nd grow diary. Will give you an idea of what is required for 4 plants to flourish perfectly in just a 3x4x6 closet with just mylar paper on walls and floor. Good growing brother.

Did you by chance move the light very close recently? or, add more light? the top 3 nodes look like they are virtually on top of each other. The cotyledons have some internode spacing above. If that is true, back off the light a bit. You are stundting growth. Let internode spacing at top dictate how close the light is. All 6 leaves are orginating form what seems to be the same very small portion of stem at top. That's not good. It'll grow out of it, just move light a bit further away or reduce intensity through a dimmer etc...

Lumen means nothing when it comes to LED tho. I highly recommend Nobody01s entry for the copywriting contest, "Lighting an area", it's good math and you'll probably learn a good amount if you care for that.

Might not get enough light. I'd try lowering your lamp at least to half the distance it is now. So 20cm above it. - Quick One have a fast start with pretty good growth the first couple of weeks, before it slows down. And yours is definitely waaay too small for its age.. I'd recommend getting a different lamp altogether tho. - The same goes for your pot.. Doesn't look like it got an underpot, so I assume there's no drainage. Be careful with that.. You can get 10 liter fabric pots for 1 - 2$ quite easily, depending on what country you live in. - And don't feed yet.. They cotylodons are still nicely green, so she's not lacking nutrients from the soil. From her size, mid week 3, unfortunately you won't get much more than a small bud on top. She's simply waaay too small, and will probably start flowering in a week or so.. If you're lucky tho,, she'll delay it a week or two, but I wouldn't count on it.

Move your light closer. 40cm seems quite far for a 50w blurple.

My other strain (easy bud) at 21 days from seed in soil was almost 3 times bigger. I planted this one (quick one) on 19th october and on 23th october she came out...

Hi there, How often are you giving the plant 200ml? That seems like alot for a seedling. If you are week 3 from germination then she doesnt look too far behind. Happy growing.

Hey she doesn’t look too bad for three weeks. It took just be she is a slow starter. I would worry yet. See how the next week goes with the water/ nutes and try and see how much she is drinking. That will tell you lots. Happy growing
