As stated below. Sometimes it can take weeks. Depending if when you started the flip process. If there wasn't a 6-8 weeks of good veg. Whats happening is that growth (a good part of it) needs to show their leaves at the tops to the light. And on top of a lot of your colas. I don't see a lot of well developed fans. Telling me when you flipped it was in the process of pushing up more sets of new nodes. (If you'd of flipped a before new shoots this would of sped up the process) also. Some hazes (types of strain) can take weeks to develop stigmata (sexing) which happens before the flip. There is a lot of factors to why its taking so long and a lot of processes you can apply to make the flipping time quicker before it shows pre flowers..looking at it. She's sexinh showing stigmata. Just be patient. The process is the process. Also if you want to flip fems faster in the future you can apply IR730nm light. This speeds up the process by giving extra hours of light and puts the plants to sleep in 10m or so. As when the lights go out. It can take over 2hrs of the photosynthesis to stop (the photochrome affect its called). They sell IR bulbs for like 10$. Also make sure you're sticking to a strict 12/12 by using a light timer. Feel free to dm me if you've any Q regarding what I said. Good

Sometimes she just take a while, make sure there is jonlight leaks. Cannabis will not stop flowering if the lights are turned on for a few minutes once or twice during the 2-month-long flowering cycle. If a light is turned on for 5 to 30 minutes—long enough to disrupt the dark period—on 3 to 5 consecutive nights, plants will start to revert to vegetative growth. Less than one half of one foot-candle of light (0.1ppfd) from sunlight will prevent cannabis from flowering. That is a little more light than is reflected by a full moon on a clear night. Well-bred indica-dominant plants will revert within three days. Sativa-dominant plants take four to five days to revert to vegetative growth. Once they start to revegetate, it can take from four to six additional weeks to induce flowering again!

I see pistils and looks like stretch is starting to happen. Plants take a bit of time to build up the hormones required to enter bloom and start the entire process. Also if the plant is to young it will not bloom till it hit maturity, this tends to be around week 4-6, Its why you can grow photoperiods on 12/12 from seed and they don't enter bloom as a sprout. Its almost like a autoflower at that point.

To me it looks like flowering has started. You have few burned leaves on top, think something wrong with micronutrients. Make sure plants get right feeding.
