Yes, the plant is female.
Those white dots are trichomes.
The leaves are very green and showing some signs of over fertilization.
There are no deficiencies evident.
There is no need to defoliate.
Don't change to bloom fertilizers just yet, wait until there are small "budlets" forming before switching to bloom ferts, your plant still needs adequate nitrogen in early flower to assist with the "stretch" phase, so continue with grow fertilizers for the next 10-14 days still.

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed.
