Hey there it seems like the plant is just a little sensitive. Those 1st leaves are always getting problems. If you notice the leaves on the new growth after you topped the plant then I would say you should check for oest. Also check soil ph. If none of those seem to be the problem then I would point to either not much or not enough nutrients. Don't worry to much. After I top my plants I kinda think of those old fan leaves as sacifical leaves they just need to last long enough till your new growth is a few inches long You already have a decent amount of new growth already. Also makensure you have a good temp and humidity having those off can really stress plants

Might just be growing pains. Sometimes the leaves don't come out perfect. This can happen in LOW Rh or from handling the baby leaf causing damage. Monitor it, if it contunines think about investing into some yellow/blue sticky traps to see if they catch any pests.

It looks like damage caused by training. Young leaves are very sensitive to pressure and can easily get small tears or holes during manipulation. Usually, this kind of damage doesn't have any long-term impact on the plant. Just to be sure though, check the undersides of the leaves for any crawling pests. 🕷️🔍
