Hey there man I have done this to the point the plants got soggy and fell to the floor they looked dead. I watered them and 4 hours later the bounced back.
When you wake up in the morning your plants will have recovered. They might be a little crisp on the edges of leaves afterwards but it will recover. Just remember durring flower you need to water way way more often than
