What the heck is this ?

This is clearly nitrogen toxicity/general over feeding............nothing more, nothing less. It is not a deficiency of any sort or something that can magically be fixed with foliar sprays............just feed less in general!

Do you foliar feed at all? Could be some micro nutrients deficiency. I'd try a fish compost tea and foliar feeding (both with fish fertilizer) for a couple days I like the neptune harvest fish fertilizer for foliar spray.
