Pistills Dark Pre Flower

Bud_Koenigstarted grow question 3 days ago
I wanted to ask an expert why the pistils are showing such a reaction at the beginning of the flowering phase. The VPD values have consistently been in the optimal range, it can’t be due to excessive light since even buds at the very bottom are affected.

those aren't pre-flowers but that's irrelevant. foliar spray or wind, but i've never seen wind cause something so severe, lol... foliar sprays are 100% unnecessary and more akin to masturbation if there is not a direct cause to use one. they have their place but routie use without a reasoson is not one of them. too much light can singe pistils, too, but they turn into little yellow nubs, not change color like this. That's not a normal 'rusty' color transformation so i don't think it is caused from pollination either. Is this the alien moonrocks plants? what the hell happened the last few days? LOL, i'd look at recent behaviour.

Spraying, humidity fluctuation, cold nights, wind damage, mechanical damage, even ph of nutes can cause it, not only heat and lights. Mostly esthetics. No obvious damage, but a sign to watch out. If polination happen they shrink too.
