Those lights are actually only 180w each, and of that 180w it's running 2x fans, so probably 150-160w per light, So say you had 320w, true Watts shining down, These lights also pulse its not a steady glow, you can see this is if you take video of your girls, which means it's not even a steady 160w going through them, it's pulsing to save energy In short these cheap rigs provide really weak light, my first two lights were in this category, Once I learned the true value of good lights, quantum 301b boards, cree cobs etc, 240w meanwell driven lights and such Its night and day of a difference between them and the cheap Chinese fan lights like this In the end you got about 0.5 grams out of a cheap Chinese light, that's respectable, with good light youd do far better growmie Hopefully this may help but it hurts non the less to find out you need other/more light, been there myself
