It's more the PK that is making bud harder at the end of the flowering. Silica will help the plant to be stronger , so if she is strnger she will have a better yield but without silica the basics to get buds fat and hard are the PK booster

I recently did a lot of research on this and I came to the conclusion that the best bet is not to use silica in flower. It deposits into the cells of the plant so sounds like you can't flush it out. I decided to stop feeding it when I switch to flower.

I have had many fluffy buds with silica.I don't think it makes buds harder.genetics and climate play a huge role in that.

At week 5 of flowering, I've read guides but all strains are diff. Does it look like it's time to start flushing 2 weeks and then chop?I have 4 different strains in my tent with different needs. Next time, probably keep it to one or two strains.

EC error, buts are not fat! In the 5th week (35th day of flowering) where I usually reach the maximum EC (2.1), I watered with 2.3-2.4 EC.Now in the 7th week (52nd day of flowering) I can see that the tops are not thickening, they are browning very, very little.today I watered up to 1.8 EC, I still have final part and 2x rinsing with water. Why are the not like last picture (not mine)?Buds. Not fattening

Growth rate expectationHi,
I was wondering how much growth to expect from my buds.
She has been prefloweringfor 10 days and the last 2 she s been in full flower.
Her top buds have a diameter of 1.5 cm at this point. That means in 15 days it ll be 3 cm diameter.

Growth looks like it's stopped, is it time to flush?2 of my plants look like they've stopped growing now and the calcium deficiency looks worse and worse.. should I just flush then with water for a couple of week and be done with them?
