Hi mate! It is normal that the water does not dry up quickly when you have recently racked it and because the roots have not dissolved and cannot absorb all the water .... but the pot you are using has holes underneath for to let the water out or is it completely closed? this also affects drying. In case you can make holes even in the walls of the pot so you get more air and the soil dries faster .... as the size of the pot I advise you not to go beyond 20 liters but for an autoflowering it is already enough 11l to have a great harvest I use 6.5l however most autoflowering growers advise not to decant to avoid stress and loss of yield and to plant the seed in the final pot. I advise you not to add nutrients for at least 3 or 4 weeks because it will already contain fertilizers and autoflowering plants need little fertilized soil. Good luck and happy cultivation!

Yes your plant will gro into the new pot. Make sure your pot is watered for at least 3 min a couple times a week. Water until you get a good run off giving your plant lots of air to the root sys. 💦💨💦💨
