When you buy spring water, how can the company say it's a certain pH if temperature affects this ?
I'm struggling to understand how temperature affects water so much.
Does the heat make ph rise or fall ?

Inversely related. So, temp goes up, pH goes down. increased H+ activity, therefore more hydronium formed on average in any 1 snapshot of time.

Should I switch to well water?I use tap water. For our normal flower/vegetable garden we use well water. I measured the EC/PPM of both.
Tap: 0.5 mS/cm (=320 ppm), we live in an area with soft tapwater according to Water Agency (11°F-13°F max)
Well: 0.32 (=205 ppm) -> how do I interpret this for well water?Feeding. Other

What am I doing wrong? I thought I had a handle on tis.Can someone tell me what is wrong with my plant?
It used to droop badly but I fixed that (underwatering) and the plant looks a lot better.
Stalk was weak so I switched to "Veg" (mostly blue light) mode.
I also added proper nutrients which are helping even more.

Is it safe to use citric acid to lower ph of tap water? Organic growI am looking into alternative methods to organically lower the ph of my tap water. my tap water is p.h 9.2, 70 ppm ,i adjust it to 5.5 ,next day its back to 9.2.
so to cancel out variables,
i put tap water in a bucket with nothing else, p.h it to 6, next day it was back at 9? i use "general hydroponics" ph downFeeding. Other
