More than likely genetics. Light could have been a factor, too much or not enough, but I doubt it. The buds look covered in resins with no other deficiencies. Do a good background dig on what you want to grow and it’s expected outcome. From my experiences, every seed becomes its own phenotype no matter what you do to it.

Ripening or fattening? Plant growth is dictated by the environment they find themselves in. What you see is a reflection of the knowledge you hold with which to optimize that environment for said growth to occur within each cycle. You have used the same diary details for all 11 weeks, therefore no one will ever know what you did or did not do, cba keeping a diary, I cba giving an answer.

Hello mate, looking your diary the reason might be a little over feeding, i should advice to give them only water for one week then to add the nutrienti again but giving water between two day of feeding. Good luck and happy harvest!

They are ripeening. genetic variety. not all plants can grow big buds. Yes, your environment and choices can impact consistency of meeting potential, but not nearly as much as most perceive. Does look a bit overfed, could be N, but more than one thing causes dark foliage. The glossiness helps point the finger at N, too, but could be more than one thing building up. Being a little overfed i not the cause of your bud sizes, though. It's not catastrophically overfed or anything. There may be a measurable correlation to a negative effect but it is not gauranteed to be profound. Some plants will be more robust to mistreatment than others and still nearly reach potential. I've had plenty of slightly dark foliage still result in a proper yield. When that darkness creeps in, back off sooner next time. g/sq ft is a better metric to look at than bud size. If getting 50g/sq ft or more in ambient co2 conditions, you probably didn't 'lose' too much. As longn as canopy is full, yield will come. How yo managed that canopy will impact bud size too. More branches = smaller, more distributed fower mass. you only need about 3 colas per sq ft to maximize yield.

They.re done. Genetics dictate everything. They will not get any fatter now. Excessive nitrogen constantly will cause big leafy plants with reduced flower size.
