Brown spots on my little seedlings

Hi, anybody can confirm my thought process? Ph of runoff is 6,5 all the time
I know I did more nutriens 4 days ago and overwater, I lower light power as well right now on 375PPFD ,they geting only water now Can you confirm that this was due to too much nutriens and overwaterinng?

Is this sign of over feeding?Few of my babies in vegetative stage are encountering this problem. Some of the leaves are showing like those in photo. My guess is overfeeding the nutrients.
