Brown spots on my little seedlings

Hi, anybody can confirm my thought process? Ph of runoff is 6,5 all the time I know I did more nutriens 4 days ago and overwater, I lower light power as well right now on 375PPFD ,they geting only water now Can you confirm that this was due to too much nutriens and overwaterinng?

Diagnosis: Nutrient Lockout & Root Stress • Why: Overwatering + too many nutrients caused a salt buildup. This "locks" the roots, so the plant can't take up Calcium (hence the brown spots). • The Fix: 1. Stop watering: Let the soil dry out completely so the roots get oxygen. 2. Plain Water: Next 2 waterings only pH-balanced water (6.2–6.5), no fertilizer. 3. Watch New Growth: Old spots won't disappear. If the new top leaves are green, you're back on track. Don't overthink it, just let her breathe!
