"gently" snap the stems down. Go a few inches below what youw ant, because teh cola till turn 90-degrees upward within a few days and gain back 4-6".
Knock it down level. Support the first 24h but once healed, more likely have to tie it down to prevent it from trying to go vertical again.
If the stems are so brittle or rigid that the stems snap and nearl sever themselves, sstop doing it, lol. Some damage will occur, but they should remain intact. If the plant has become to rigid and nearly snaps off, HST is not a good option. Can try to 'roll' and compress a spot on stem to weaken it first, but any sort of major severing during the process has a high potential of losing that cola. Most plants should be fine, but occasionally genetics or how we fed results in more rigid branches sooner that won't respond well to this.
