I have grow several strains with Dinafem one of them was amnesia Auto mix and I have been very impressed with there genetics probably that's a good place to start.
Especially because the amnesia or the original Amnesia Haze is an European strain.
They are many others great ones I mean breeders but I haven't had the pleasure to grow them all so I only recommend what I have use.
Double check on the Diaries to see which breeder and strain is the one you want to have take advantage of this platform.

I tried Original amnesia from Dinafem but it's something completely different. Original amnesia from Dinafem make a good yield but it's more like Northern light

Hey @CaptainCream!
I'm a big fan of RQS, SweetSeeds, Dinafem and Humboldt.
But when we talk about classic ones I prefer going over Dutch Passion or Barney's Farm. Idk why, but I felt more quality on the classic ones by their side.

I'm currently growing the Royal queen seeds amnesia looking for the same thing growmie
So far so good, she looks outrageous and smells like the real deal, I cannot wait to see how this ends up, it's an absolute beast of a plant, my mate is also growing it, finding the exact same huge sativa formation

My personal favorite breeders are Humboldt and Dinafem.
Haven't had a chance to try any of the top 5 breeders on here so can't say anything good/bad about them.
Stay away from Crop king.
Try Humboldt won't be disappointed and know they do have the Orginal Amnesia strain. Watch Hazes too as a lot of them are made with Amnesia.

Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h
If I continue to interpolate this, I ill end up at approx. 65%
