I took a look at the photos from the first week and I am of the opinion that you "registered" flowering 2 weeks later than flowering itself. From the photos of the first bloom, the plant looks like it is already about 2 weeks of flowering, so you are probably around the 7th week of flowering in total. They are just my opinions. I would start the flush. If those are the external parts of the plant already seem to be at least 30/40% of their ripeness, and as @sir_isO pointed out, the internal and unexposed parts ripen more slowly, so they could be at 20% of ripeness (I repeat, personal opinions , deny me as well 😆). Finally, I would start the flush, my "recipe" in this regard is to give the usual amount of water you have always given, without fertilizers, plus 10%, always clean water. I hope I have been helpful in some way 😁🤘🦄

I'd give that probably at least another week. I doubt it'd do any damage. People should consider, exposed parts also degrade more than unexposed parts, and with bulk/density, the majority isn't exposed, so it "preserves" better, doesn't oxidize as quickly, etc. And they often gauge by looking at older exposed parts.

Amber and milky Trichomes are the sign and they look like monsters for 5 weeks. At week 5 the buds are starting to bulk up but they look already bulked like crazy. The thickness of those buds combined with the Trichomes make the plant look around week 7 of flower.
