Its really your call, I have had plants look weird that end up producing well, even named the plant Quasimodo but get this it bloomed twice, long story but its the growers call. This looks like it might be ok but is going to require some TLC on your part as I side with the other guys saying that.

Your plant looks to still be healthy enough to survive. That being said, I would advise you to use some LST to spread the branches apart from each other and also perhaps a little defoliation in order to let more light through to each leaf. Happy Growing! :)

I had this issue just one time with a Dark Devil auto, half plant had circular leaves, she was very strange and ended with a very strange flowers, if we could call them like this.. My experience was a waste of time but yours looks definitely better than mine, keep on and see what happens! Good luck ☀️
