Your plants are on late flowering so they are going into the senescence which is a barbarian name for a "General late flowering yellowing" due to the fact that the plant is using more PK than N and N(itrogen) is responsible for the green colour. In late flowering the plant is cannibalizing herself by using the nutrients she have stocked in her leaves. When you flush a medium you are removing the nutreint of the soil with the flush and in late flowering the less nutreints the plants will have and the faster they'll get yellow

Flushing will make the leaves go yellow, that's the point of doing it, leaching the nutes out of the leaves. Your plant is on the final stretch, so its fading, leaves will go yellow and die and nothing you do will change that. It does not always happen, but it's nothing harmful.

You have no worries!! This is totally normal blare in flower!! Just pluck the bad ones off and keep watching for her to be ripe! Like the other guy said to you , you should be Checking your ph after you mix because the ppm will go up and your ph can change but with that being said seeing your plants 🌱 they are totally healthy and fine!!
